In this project, I was tasked with reimagining the Bluestem Brands corporate website in partnership with Human Resources. The main goals were to modernize the content and clearly outline the company’s value proposition for both current and prospective employees.

Human Resources conducted extensive focus groups to ask current employees what drew them to work at BSB and why they’ve stayed, among other questions. HR shared stacks of notes and insights with me to develop and write the “Our values” page. It authentically reflected the company’s culture, purpose and people. This was well received by HR and company executives. It was displayed on TVs around the corporate office for years.
