I wrote copy to support Fingerhut’s mission to help customers establish, build or rebuild their credit by shopping for brand name items and making monthly payments. The Fingerhut Fetti brand was created to celebrate every step in the customer’s journey.
I wrote these brand guidelines to be more than writing rules – they are the personality and heartbeat of the brand. The consistent, well-defined voice builds trust, creates recognition and shapes how people feel about the company. The brand guidelines empowered me (and all of marketing) to speak to customers with authenticity, align messaging across channels and build the brand’s personality.
